- [Instructor] Here we have member data. We've got goals and what the actuals are, and now we're calculating their percentage of goals, and where they fell short, met goals, or exceeded goals. And we've got these cool conditional formatting icons. Ah, and over here, there's another sheet, the Southeast, and this is where your help is needed. Let's go back and look. Oh, somebody doesn't think these icons are so cool, because we need to clear those icons. Second thing, apply the formulas in the percent of goal, and results columns to the data on the Southeast sheet. And then, on Southeast, we have to change the parameters. Met Goal should be 97 instead of 95, which it is for downtown. And Exceeded goal is going to be 110. Then the last thing is to test and verify.
