- [Instructor] Ready for some more conditional formatting? I hope so. All right, we've got this list of members, goals were set, and then we have their actuals. Then a percentage of their goal was calculated and then a statement about whether they fell short, met goal, or exceeded, and the definition of falling short, meeting goal, or exceeding goals, that is in the range I4 to J6. We'd like to make this a little more visually interesting and that's where your help is needed. Can you go into the percent of goal column and insert conditional formatting icons to show if a person fell short, met, or exceeded their goals, and the fun part is you get to pick the icons.
