Styles are a tool for quickly applying a visual format to the contents of a cell. We'll see how to apply styles and even make changes to preset styles.
(upbeat music) - [Narrator] Styles are great for easily adding some nice design to a spreadsheet. Select the cells you want to format, then open the cell styles menu from the home ribbon. Choose one of the premade styles to apply it. To change a style, right click on it, then choose modify.
Click the format button, then make any changes you want. There are several tabs with different formatting options. Select the one you want, then make your adjustments. Hit okay to save your changes.
