- [Instructor] We're looking at a worksheet 2 that has some sales figures in column E. 3 You see the names over in column A 4 and some other data as well. 5 We want the numbers in column E to stand out a bit 6 by using a feature called conditional formatting, 7 selecting column E first, 8 and pointing to the conditional formatting 9 button on the home tab, clicking it, 10 we've got lots of choices here. 11 Now, one of these called icon sets will allow us 12 to display the numbers either in three arrows, 13 four arrows, five arrows, 14 and you see some other possibilities as well here too. 15 Let's just choose the first one right here. 16 Now what's happened here is Excel has analyzed the numbers 17 and those that are in the top third value wise have green 18 arrows, bottom third, red arrows, 19 and the middle third, yellow arrows. 20 And that's just fine and you might want to keep it, 21 or you might want to…
