- We're looking at a worksheet called "YearData."…There's a chart to the right and as I slide over the chart…with the mouse, I see there's a value of 140 for this…blue column here for February.…Now, it's possible I might want to see…numbers for every one of these.…These are referred to as "Data Labels."…I'm going to select the chart and go to the…Chart Layout Tab and slide over Data Labels…and simply choose Value for starters here.…And I think most people would agree, that's way too crowded.…
Possibly one solution here is, if you didn't want to…show the Asia data for example, you could bend the…worksheet around cell D16.…Drag that fill handle leftward so we're…only showing Domestic and Europe…and it's less crowded…or drag it over again so we're only showing Domestic.…And so, the idea sometimes is these data labels…might look better if you're showing less data,…but of course, sometimes you do want to show all the data.…Let me drag this rightward again…and go back to, on the Chart Layout tab, Data Labels.…
How about, No Data Labels for the moment.…
