Join Jess Stratton for an in-depth discussion in this video Adding and deleting worksheets, part of Office for iPad and iPhone Essential Training.
…A spreadsheet is just one sheet that makes up an entire workbook.…You can have more than one sheet in your file.…Looking at the bottom left you can see that the default sheet is…always called Sheet1.…You can duplicate an existing sheet by quickly tapping at…the bottom where it says Sheet1, and choosing Duplicate.…This is going to create an exact copy, and i can toggle back and…forth between the sheets by tapping on them.…Nothing changes right now because of course I duplicated it so…they're exactly the same.…But you can also tap, hold, and drag to rearrange the sheets.…
You can also create a brand new empty sheet by tapping the plus sign.…To rename a sheet simply double tap on the sheet title.…Tap the done key, and it's renamed.…Finally, to delete a sheet,…tap once quickly on the sheet title, and choose delete.…Confirm it by tapping Delete again, or…Cancel if you change your mind, and the sheet's gone.…

Q: This course was updated on 11/07/2014. What changed?
A: We added new movies and updated existing ones to include the new Word, Excel, and PowerPoint apps for iPhone as well as discuss Dropbox integration. While most of the course was filmed on an iPad, the apps work very similarly on both the iPad and iPhone. Also check out the Office for iPhone First Look course to explore which editing features are available to all users and which require an Office 365 subscription.
