Adding back exceptional elements

The last step in our bottom up projection is to add back in the exceptional OPEX element we previously excluded. In this case, exactly like we did with revenue, we just need to identify if we have any known significant and one-off costs coming this year. For example, we could be planning to expand in another state and open an office there or to acquire one of our competitors. We just need to evaluate the cost of that operation and to include it into our future OPEX plan. Once that is completed we have finalized our bottom up P and L projection.
