- The quick access toolbar, typically located 2 above the ribbon menu system, gives us a variety of options 3 for adding additional buttons to it. 4 And one quick example could be maybe you frequently find 5 yourself going to the view tab using this button 6 to remind yourself which workbooks are open, 7 but you've got to go to the view tab to get to it. 8 With any button in the ribbon menu system, 9 you can right click and add it to the quick access toolbar. 10 So the next time I need to use that button, 11 I don't have to go to the view tab. 12 Often I have the home tab visible, 13 but I can always get to this button now no matter 14 which tab is active. 15 If we click the right most button 16 in the quick access toolbar, 17 we also have the option of adding more commands. 18 And this opens the door to many, many different options. 19 In this dialogue box, we initially see popular commands. 20 We've got about 30…
