- [Instructor] If you use Conditional Formatting a lot, 2 you are no doubt familiar with the 3 graphic that we're seeing on the right side of the screen. 4 These are the same choices you see 5 when you click the Conditional Formatting button 6 on the home tab up in the ribbon. 7 Now, if you've been working with Excel for a while 8 and are familiar with the ribbon menu system, 9 you know that any button here that you use frequently 10 on any of the different tabs can be available all the time 11 by adding it to what we call the Quick Access toolbar. 12 Typically, this sits above the menu, 13 although, you have the option of putting it below as well. 14 So it's just a simple example 15 before we talk about Conditional Formatting here. 16 Suppose you use a feature on the View tab here 17 called Switch Windows. 18 This allows you to quickly see all open windows. 19 Now, you might or might not have others open 20 as…
