Create a chart-like appearance in a cell by using the REPT function along with a keyboard symbol, like asterisk (*). If cell G2 contains the value 22 and cell H2 contains an asterisk, then the formula =REPT(G2,H2) displays 22 asterisks. Use the Symbol icon on the Insert tab to insert a symbol that can be repeated.
