- [Instructor] Despite all the strengths of filtering, and it's a great tool, data, tab, filter. And we've covered a lot in previous movies in this course. There are some limitations. In this particular worksheet, I've got an unusual request, and yet it's something I think you could relate to. I want to see a list here comprised of anybody who's years of service is over 15. Or their compensation level is over 80,000. And you can imagine situations where you might want both. If you try using filter, and I'm about to use it here, you'll quickly realize, maybe you see it already, click the drop arrow for years. I want to see anybody in this list who's over 15 years. Greater than 15. Now, automatically we can tell by the entries in column H, all these entries are 16, 17, 18, all the way up. We don't know how high it goes, but we are only seeing people who meet that criteria. If we now jump into column J and say just show us the ones over 80,000, well, what we're getting here is a list…
