Avoid menu commands and use the mouse to insert and delete, as well as hide and unhide, columns and rows. Before inserting, deleting, and hiding, right-click the columns or rows you want to change and then select options from the pop-up menu. To unhide, select surrounding columns or rows before right-click and unhide.
