Excel worksheets rarely stay the same. There'll be many, many times when you want to edit them, either to change the formulas, change the formatting, or both. If you make an edit, but you haven't pressed Enter or Tab to commit to it yet, there is a way to exit the cell without saving your changes and revert back to the cell's previous state.
