Get up and running quickly with Premiere Elements 12, the affordable and intuitive video-editing program from Adobe.
Hello, I'm Steve Grisetti, and this Up and Running with Premiere Elements 12. In this course, I'll walk you through the basics of editing in Premiere Elements. I'll start by showing you how to import and organize your media files. I'll go over basic editing techniques, like adding, splitting, and trimming clips. We'll cover some more advanced techniques, such as correcting color, mixing your audio and adding transitions in text. We'll show you how to use some of the new tools in the program.
Like the pan and zoom tool for creating motion pass. That make your photos come to life. The motion tracking tool, that allows you to link a graphic to a person or object in your video. And then follow them or it around the video frame. And the time remapping tool lets you suddenly shift your video into fast or slow motion and back again. We'll also show you how to interface with Adobe Revel, the cloud service where you can store your photo and video files and access them from any computer or mobile device in the world.
Finally, I'll show you how to publish and output your movies, whether you're burning them to a DVD or Blu-Ray disc, sending them to a portable device, or sharing them online. Now, let's get started with Up and Running with Premier Elements 12.
