- [Voiceover] Hello, I'm Steve Grisetti, and this is Up and Running with Premiere Elements 14. In this course I'll walk you through the basics of editing in Premiere Elements. I'll go over basic editing techniques, like adding, splitting, and trimming clips. We'll cover some more advanced techniques, such as color correcting, mixing your audio, and adding transitions in text. We'll show you how to use the Favorite Moments tool for selecting the best segments from a longer video clip. And we'll look at the program's new Motion Title tool for creating exciting animated titles for your movie.
We'll also look at the new guided edits, including a cool new guided edit for adding video inside a title. Finally, we'll show you how to use the new Export and Share workspace to publish and output your movies, whether you're burning your movies to DVD or Blueray disc, sending them to a portable device, or sharing them online. Now, let's get started with Up and Running with Premiere Elements 14.
