Setting Edit preferences

Photoshop Elements 7 offers lots of ways to customize the Editor and the Organizer. Let me show you how that's done. In the Editor, I'm going to the Edit menu at the top of the screen and down to Preferences. The submenu shows you different kinds of Preferences. If you just choose General, you can see the same choices here in the left column of the Preferences dialog box. As you move through each one these categories, you will see the Preferences on the right change. There are lots of Preferences here and my general rule is that is if I don't know what the Preference does, I don't change it. But I do want to tell you about a couple of Preferences that you may want to change.

One of those is here under the Display and Cursors category and that is the way that the Painting Cursors are displayed. The Painting Cursors are cursors like the brush tip for the Brush tool and I find it very useful to set the brush tips to show me the full size by choosing here Full Size Brush T...
