So the challenge for education entrepreneurs is not to solve the problem just in their own heads, but to make sure that they're going into the classroom, they're talking with teachers in real current environments and solving the problems that they have, not the problems that the entrepreneur had when they were in school.
So entrepreneurs bring a lot to the table. They understand the technology. They know some of the nuances of what they can build. But they fundamentally have to remember to listen to the teachers and pay attention to how are they trying to solve their problems. So how does an administrator get smart enough to make the right choices about technology? Once again, it's gonna come to working with a strong team.
So we've seen over the last five years in particular the curriculum instructor becoming a really critical part of an administrative team to help understand what are the technology tools that should be used to really promote learning in the classroom? So district administrators need a strong team and they need to be willing to listen to that team, and that team needs to be deeply in touch with the needs of individual schools, and ultimately to the teachers.
