Using Google Slides for groups

- Slides are great for using in blended learning courses to encourage creative collaboration and as reporting tools for individuals or groups. Slides are the Google equivalent to Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote presentations, but with a twist. Slides are designed to be collaboratively created. From inside of our course folder in Google Drive, click the New button and select Google Slides. Just as we saw with Google Docs, we're warned that since we're creating this document from inside of a shared folder, this slide deck will also be shared. Perfect! It's exactly what we want. So click OK. It's a good idea to always start by renaming your document by clicking on Untitled in the upper left and then giving it a name. I'll call this document Introductions.
