- Let's talk about making our class WordPress site accessible for all learners. The first thing you can do is make sure that you are using Semantic Headings for all your text in your post and pages on your site. Clearly marking the structure of your pages with Semantic Headings will allow your content to flow better in responsive themes, which every learner accessing your site on on a mobile device will appreciate. Learners who rely on screen readers will be able to navigate your content more fluidly. Tag all images with descriptive Alt Text. When you add an image to your sight, stop and look at the image. Then describe what that image is in the Alt Text field. It only takes a minute, and if you get in the habit of taking care of this simple task as soon as you load the image onto your site, you won't need to worry about it when you add the image to a post or a page, because WordPress will handle that for you.
