- Android devices running Android 4.4 Lollipop or later can share their screens with a Chromecast or computer running Reflector2. To share your Android device, you'll need to install the Chromecast app from the Google Play store. Then make sure both devices are on the same Wi-fi network and Bluetooth is turned on. Open the Chromecast app and touch the menu icon in the upper left. Then touch Cast Screen and Audio from the menu. Select the Chromecast device you want to cast to. I'll cast to the Reflector application running on my computer. It's called E-N-V 432. Your device should now appear on the main screen. You can use the home button to go back to your main screen. To stop sharing, open the Chromecast app and touch the Tap to disconnect button. Casting should now stop. Press the home button to go back to the home screen.
