- [Voiceover] Hi, I'm Oliver Schinkten and welcome to Teacher Tech Tips, a weekly series introducing technology tools and tips related to education. This week, I want to show you how to add closed captions to your videos. There are a lot of educators creating videos for their students which is awesome. One issue however is that not a lot of these videos have closed captions. Let's take a look at what I'm talking about. I'm going to navigate to a video I was just watching from bozemanscience and Paul Andersen and I'm going to click Play. - Hi, it's Mr. Andersen and in this podcast, I'm going to take you. - [Voiceover] So as you can see, as the author talks we cannot see any closed captions on the screen but in YouTube we have the option to turn them on or off so here I'm going to go click on CC and now closed captions will appear.
