- The transition to digital learning is here. But that doesn't mean making the transition at your company is going to be easy. Let's talk about some of the challenges you're going to face. The biggest one is the traditional mindset. First let me talk about stakeholders. Stakeholders, bless their souls, know very little about effective training. That's your responsibility. But they do know the traditional training model. Which is, they request training and you build the course or a module and deliver it to learners. That's what they know, and that's what they expect. So when in the kickoff meetings you say things like, you know, processes within the business are changing so rapidly, that I think the best learning solution should be a robust set of just in time resources that learner's pull when they need to.
