- Hi, I'm Oliver Schinkten, and welcome to Teacher Tech Tips. Today I want to show you a few apps that can help you have more energy, keep you more focused, and give you a better sense of well-being. Now, have you or any of the students in your class exhibited any of these symptoms? Tiredness, headache, inability to focus, confused thinking, and irritability? I know that I have, and I can tell you that I have seen students exhibit these symptoms quite often. Now, before we start thinking that something's wrong with us, or blaming it on something else, let's consider what the cause might actually be. Dehydration. Are you drinking enough water? I know I'm not. In a recent article on NPR.org, they discussed a study by Harvard scientist that found that 25% of children ages six to 19 don't drink any water as part of their fluid intake. That's pretty crazy. But when I thought about it, there are a lot of days that I get caught up in things, I'm really busy, and at the end of the day I think…
