Creating a stand alone video

- [Instructor] In another movie we looked at uploading your video directly to YouTube. But sometimes you need an actual standalone video file. Maybe you need to show the video in a presentation, send it to a coworker or upload it to a video host that's not supported by Camtasia. So to create that, I'm going to start with the share button here. I'm going to click on Local File. Now, from here I need to name my video file. I'm going to call it Five Things, and I'm not going to mess with the .mp4, that's just the video file extension. Below that I can add tags to help me organize things, but I'm just going to skip that for now. Then in the where, you want to browse to your folder. I'm just going to use my working folder. That works fine for me. Now I need to choose a format. Unless you have a reason for choosing otherwise, I recommend this one, export to mp4. This will play pretty much on any video app, and should work great with any video host. And then just click Export. Camtasia…
