No matter how you approach motion, if you want the user to control it, or for motion to happen at specific times, you will need to write the code that makes it happen. Even something as simple as a button rollover where a button changes color, requires a bit of HTML or Javascript code to tell the browser what to do. The neat thing about Animate is, even though it requires you to write a bit of code, most of what you need is already found in the snippets included with the application.
