- Okay, now that we understand filtering, let's take a look at the grouping function. As we've mentioned before, these gray boxes indicate a way that the apps list is being grouped. And in this case, this looks a bit technical for me. I'm a, more of an end, business-end user. So I'd like to see these groupings, maybe according to my role, or at least according to the roles within the finance organization so that it makes a little more sense to me. Down here at the very bottom, you'll see a, sometimes this is referred to as a hamburger menu, but it's basically a bracket with three horizontal lines between it. Selecting this will open up the group selection window. And you can see that you can both do select options for selecting the order, the ordering as well as the grouping. Here we have an ascending order. And notice that I can tell now that this is actually being grouped by application component, which is very handy for some folks in IT to be able to look at the grouping of that…
