- [Instructor] There can be more information for your selection than displayed. Most reports have a selection criteria window before displaying the report. These can give you, with one report module, dozens of valuable reports. Close the open items report and let's close this up. Let's scoot on down here to inventory. And under the inventory reports, let's find the inventory status report. Now, you'll see there's a lot of questions here. And all kinds of things going on. These filter the report for exactly what you're looking for. If you just leave everything as its default and blank, just hit okay, you'll get a report for all inventory items. And so you can see we got all our wonderful inventory items. And you can actually drill down a little bit by double-clicking a row. And let's just do this office print to printer here. And it'll give you more information about the inventory status for that particular item. To go…
