- [Instructor] Let's take a look at some of those use cases for Intelligent Services, focusing on the system administrator, the manager, and the employee. So firstly, for the system administrator, they have access to monitor company-wide events and report on any errors or trends. So it's a nice way to see what's happening in the organization from an HR event perspective and run reports on those. And of course, monitor the process and make sure that there are no errors generated as part of an event and subscribers listening to those events. And also then, of course, if you find events, fix that error in real-time as identified in that monitoring system by Intelligent Services Center. As a manager, a manager is notified of, for example, a new direct report that's added to their team. So as a part of the hire event, the managers gets a web notification that says, "John Smith will be joining your team "at the end of this month." And so the manager can prepare for those day one activities…
