- [Instructor] So before we get into a live demonstration of the Report Center, let's take a look at some of the use cases from a manager, other roles, and business perspective when it comes to the Report Center. So for a manager, it allows the design of manager focused graphic drilldown reports and dashboards to support those HR processes. Like for example, if I need to make sure that managers and employees and everyone else understands where we are in the process for performance reviews, the Performance Review dashboard will be really helpful for managers to see where we are in the process. Now employees in general are already doing a lot of reporting in the system and that's why they've been excluded over here, but managers really use those reports to ensure the HR processes flow forwardly as they should. So reports are available as tiles on the Home Page just to give managers easy access, quick overviews of information on the Home Page depending on what type of data they require…
