So firstly, as we mentioned, this is the main entry point to the SucessFactors application for the employee, and there is also a section called the To Do section, which actually allows the employee to take a look at all the activities assigned to them. So tasks assigned to the employee will be pushed to them via the To Do list elements or the Tiles in that section. and once again, this is underpinned So some changes can be made, other changes can't be made. Any announcement, basically, can be pushed to the Home Page That also makes sure that, over time, that we have good system adoption. to be active in the system as much as possible to get that return on investment when we first purchase a new HRIS system. based on what the layout will be for the new role of that employee.
