- Okay, so let's start with our first lesson then. An overview of the SuccessFactors suite of products, and which modules actually form part of that suite. This image represents the SuccessFactors suite of products. Let's start at the top with the user experience. All the modules in the suite are built with the end user in mind, to be as simple as possible to use. There is social collaboration included in the platform via the application called SAP Jam, which allows for business collaboration within your organization. The applications are supported via mobile on Android and iOS, where it makes sense to have features on mobile. Intelligent services is a way of trying to make HR processes more intelligent. For example, when I am on long-term sick leave, what should happen to all the performance forms which are currently in my inbox? So SAP supplies a number of standard business rules to try to make sure that HR processes are intelligent and a ripple effect throughout the organization…
