- [Jon] Hello everybody, and welcome to a tour of the SAP Cloud Platform course. I'm excited you're here. In this introduction session, I will give you an overview of the course as well as a little bit about myself. My name is Jon Yagos, I have 10 years in IT and software sales experience supporting multiple industries, such as oil and gas and retail, state and local government, among others. I'm a data geek at heart. I am a co-author of the SAP PRESS book called "SAP Build," which is our prototyping solution. In my current role, I am a platform solution engineer here at SAP. A quick overview of the agenda for this course, we'll start out with an introduction and overview, so what we're doing right now, then I'll go into what is the SAP Cloud Platform, followed by setting up your trial account, so I'll give you detailed steps and a video on how to set up your own trial account on the Cloud Platform. Then I'll take you through the SAP Cloud Platform Services, and the catalog of services that it offers, then we'll wrap up with summary and I'll give you some additional information in an appendix, as well. So let's get started.
