Basically you can think of location and business partners kind of having a one to one correspondence, but this is partner focus as the role. What role do they play? Are they considered a ship-to? Ship-to obviously is the key role for TM, but TM does need to capture other roles like other interested parties. They need to know about a particular international sale, for example. And there usually is an explicit link, a business partner to a location. So that links the role to the geography.
