So we have to say which roles will have access to the admin center functionality and who will be our system administrators. What type of governance will be placed on system upgrades and changes to configuration? For example how is a request for change raised, or a new field to be added to a specific screen? Now in general when we implement access factors, we have a number of landscape instances. At a minimum we have a development and a production system and sometimes there's the three tier system as well, development, test, and production. through that landscape from development into the live system? how will we utilize system administration in the system? Will we need IT support for that, will that be done by HR team, would enough training be required or actually be available for us to run system administration activities to make sure that all functions as expected.
