Key implementation considerations and section summary
- [Instructor] So, what are some of those key considerations when it comes to implementing the People Profile? Well, firstly, access to data. Which roles should have access to which data elements based on the target population? For example, if I'm an employee, what can I see about myself in the system? If I am looking at someone else's profile and I'm not related to that person by a business unit, what should I see about them and if I'm a manager, what should I be able to see about my team? Standard versus custom configuration. So, which standard elements will be activated in the system and which will not? For example, will the education section be activated later for talent-related data, personal information is a standard section because we have to capture the first to make sure we don't have too much information on our People Profile which is never completed by the employee. Are additional sections required? If so, will these sections contain standard data elements to be configured?…
