And then of course we have to say which roles in the organization should be allowed to build reports? If there are a number of business analysts in the organization, they should probably have access to start creating ad-hoc reports to start creating ad-hoc reports for relevant parties throughout the organization but not everyone in the system needs to have access to a report or just build reports willy nilly for no reason whatsoever.
