- [Instructor] In this lesson, we will discuss the organizational chart via an overview and demo. So let's take a look at some of the key concepts of the organizational chart. Of course, the organizational chart is a feature of the foundation module, which means it's available for all the other modules. It holds the reporting line information between the employee and direct manager as well as the indirect manager or matrix manager. Usually when it comes to the organizational chart, non-sensitive data is shared between peers. So, that information could include business contact details, your current job/role, et cetera. But nothing really sensitive about you as an employee is shared via the organization chart. Access to the organization chart is governed via role-based permissions. So usually in the standard setup of the organization chart, everyone in the organization has access to that structure.
