- So, now that we covered the Master Data and the All Structure Impact of the General Ledger, let's look at some of the common tasks. In Posting Journals, thing to note is that all journal entries can be posted manually, however, to take advantage of an integrated SAP system, most journals should be automatically posted to the General Ledger from the integrated subledgers, for instance Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable. Or, from Internal Logistics modules, so whenever Inventory and sales activities happen, you would expect those journals to be automated from those other modules. As per the SAP integration model.
