- [Instructor] You've launched your report and set criterion, but there's more you can do with it. Many reports are long and you may want specific data for them. To help out you can sort and filter any report. In our Inventory Status Selection Criteria let's get rid of our vendors. So we get a full length report and just hit OK. And that gives us a nice big long report. I'd like to see what I have the most of in inventory. So the quickest sort is to double click on a heading. I go to the In Stock heading, double click on it and a single click will sort it in ascending order. And I do it again and now I'll get it in descending order. And I can see that printer paper is definitely something that I have plenty of. Now for a more powerful sort you can right click on any heading such as Available. And select Sort Table. That gives you a little window here and you can see In Stock is already there. And I'm going to go Available…
