- [Instructor] We've looked at how to use the standard reports, which you have thousands of variations with selection criteria. Sometimes we'll need something that isn't there. And you'll need to generate your own reports. SAP Business One has a quick report generator called Drag & Relate. This produces reports of raw data. You'll find it along the main menu in a special tab called Drag & Relate. You'll find many of the modules you've already seen here in this tab. Go and hit the sales AR one and I'm going to hit sales order with a double click. And you get a report. You'll notice all the way on the bottom of the report there's even a little filter. So you can click on that and filter the report. Now, I'm going to look at closed reports only. So there's a trick here. So that'll be under status. It'll have a rule of equal but the value is going to be a code. And the code works like this, open is O and closed is C.…
