- [Instructor] You made one formula with select case, and one with a calculation. You'll also use if when else for formulas. Let's make a few more formulas that will give us overdue information from the days due calculation. So let's make a new formula named is overdue. So I'm going to go up to formula fields, get new from a right click, and I'm going to put in is overdue, and you'll notice I always use is here for things that are going to be true or false, and it's just a little convention that makes it easy to remember things. All right, and hit okay. Since I'm checking if the days due is less than zero, I can use my days due formula which is up here in the report fields. Then all I have to do is say less than zero, and that will return a true or false value, so all I have to do here is save and close. That's easy enough. Now I'll make another formula called overdue.
