the Report Center, so let's jump into the system now. I've logged in as Charles Richardson, so Charles is a manager, as we've established before, and Charles might need to run some reports in the system. So how would he do that? Well, firstly, we can also, as mentioned, as part of the homepage discussion, have tile-based reports appear right there on the homepage. there's only a single dashboard incorporated here. Now, this dashboard is a standard dashboard, shipped by SAP, so a nice little starting point for reporting to run, for example, the performance management process. So if I click on that specific dashboard, what we see is in Report Center, all of our reports are grouped together across multiple types of reports. But a dashboard usually incorporates a number of tile-based reports, so we talk about these as tile-based drill- down reports because, as I move my mouse over there, you'll see that some more information pops up about that specific graphic, and if I choose to go into…
