- [Instructor] From a mobile iOS interface perspective we're going to do a quick demo just to cover as a manager on the mobile device to give you an idea of how that renders, once again you can only create the actual Tile-based report in the web application but you can expose that report on the mobile device so the managers can run it right there Right, so let's take a look at some reports and how they look on a mobile device. and while it doesn't make sense to have full reporting functionality available on a small screen on a mobile device it might be useful to push some Tile-based reports to managers just to give them updates on highlights of elements of HR.
