- [Instructor] There's another powerful use of grouping we haven't covered yet. Those aggregate functions we had in SQL for totalling accounting. Called Summaries in Crystal Reports, you add them in groups. Let's add a few fields that might be useful for summaries in the production report. So head over to the Design mode first, and in the space after the Prod Order# I want you to drag in a couple of extra things. We're going to put in the planned and completed quantities here. So go over here to OWOR, and I've got PlannedQty. And I've got CompltQty. And I'm going to select both of those, let's scoot 'em over again. And let's make 'em Tahoma 10pt again, so it matches everything else. And I don't want decimal points on these, so I'm going to go here to Format, go to Number, and I'm going to click this one right here that says Style -1,123 without any decimal points. And hit OK.
