- [Instructor] In the formulas we've made, I could have skipped isOpen and isOverdue and put the conditional logic directly in daysDue. I don't because those are valuable conditions I may use in other places like I did with daysDue and Overdue. One important situation where this'll come really into play is conditional formatting. Click on the Overdue column in your report and then click on the Format Editor. Go to the Font tab. You'll see a line of buttons down the right side. Click on the one that's next to Style. You'll get the Formula Editor but with some comments in it and comments in Crystal Reports are double slashes like it has here. And I'm going to press return a couple times after this but you can see that it must return one of the following and those are constants that can come in here. Now, what I can do here is use one of those constants with an if then else and create a condition that certain times…
