- [Instructor] SAP Business One has more fields in its tables than you'd ever imagine, but there's always one more piece of data you might like. For that, you use user-defined fields, often referred to as UDFs. Suppose I wanted to know the favorite pizza of my business partners for promotional purposes. SAP B1 certainly does not have a Preferred Pizza field. I'm going to have to add one. So what I'm going to do is I head up to Tools, and under there, you'll find Customization Tools, and under that, you'll find a whole bunch of user-defined things you can do, and what we're going to use is User-Defined Fields-Management. That pops up a whole list of categories that looks a lot like a menu, but it's not completely a menu. You won't find Business Partners here, for example, which you should because it's hiding under this one called Master Data. So if you drill down under Master Data, you'll find Business Partner, and…
