- [Stephen] I showed you earlier how to make your code a bit more readable to other humans by using multiple lines. There's one more important way to make code readable, and that's comments. You make comments with two dashes. A great practice to keep yourself and your coworkers understanding your queries is to add some identifying comments. I, for example, in my first comment is a line with the name of the report, a version number or draft, the latest revision date, and the name of the author. So I'm going to go all the way up to the top of the production order, and I'm going to put that one back in and put in here production report, version 0.0, and it's in draft. I'll put today's date, and I'll put my name so everyone knows who created it, and who to blame, and of course to ask questions for.
