- [Instructor] The other element of accounts payable is something called correspondence, again there's a Fiori app here called Correspondence. Correspondence really means information that is sent out from SAP. So the AP module is used to create and distribute the correspondence examples are account statements, open item lists, balance confirmations, or any standard letters and they can be via an email, or regular mail, printed letters, or electronic messaging that needs to be sent. And you can have specific templates for your company for your company logo and modified for your legal and corporate branding requirements. In terms of AP reporting two common Fiori apps are the Display Supply Balances and the Manage Supply Line Items apps.
