Excel: Floor and ceiling plans

- [Instructor] In the last video we created the levels we'd like Dynamo to create for our Revit project. Now we'll use those level objects as a way of creating floor and ceiling plan views. Let's begin by creating a new worksheet in our Excel file that Dynamo will look at for the information to create floor plan views. I'll right click on our existing levels tab and select move or copy which brings up a window with some options for us to choose from. Within our project startup workbook we'd like to create a copy of this tab so I'll click this create a copy check box. We can also choose where the tab is going to be located across the bottom of our Excel screen. Let's choose move it to the end which is the far right side, then I'll click okay. By default Excel calls this new worksheet Levels (2) but we should rename it floor plans. I'll go ahead and double click on the tab and type floor plans instead of Levels (2), then I'll hit the enter key. Excel has copied the frozen top row of…
