- [Instructor] I'm Gini von Courter. Dynamics 365 is Microsoft's brand of cloud-based business applications. Dynamics 365 for Talent is a service for managing your organizations human capital, it's human resources. And it runs in a rich, yet easy to use browser interface. Dynamics for Talent includes workspaces for all of the major areas of human resources, including personnel, compensation, benefits, and employee development. Dynamics for Talent also supports employee and manager self service.
Employees can view and update their own data and employee development information. They can enter their own time off requests for approval by their manager. And managers can view both summary and detailed information for each and all of their direct reports. Dynamics for Talent is a relatively young service, however, it has an installed and growing user base because people are excited about this product, not just its future, but its present. Please join me as we explore Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent.
